Manufactured Homes and Manufactured Storage Buildings Annual Permit 

M.S. 169.86 subd. 5(d)(3)

This Permit is required for new and used mobile homes. Storage sheds are allowed with this permit type.

Maximum limits:

  • Height: 15 feet
  • Length: 110 feet
  • Width: 16 feet
  • Weight: Legal

Fee: $120
