Business Development
Develop and deepen client relationships, negotiate long-term agreements, and expand strategic partnerships. Partner with Marketing to assess markets, identify growth segments, and execute a measurable business development plan.
Account Manager
Manage a defined portfolio of customers, deepen relationships, and develop new business. Lead quoting and booking, coordinate with carriers to meet service, cost, and schedule targets, and resolve exceptions promptly.
Solutions Support
Serve as the operations backbone for the Solutions team, coordinating with plant, port, and jobsite contacts to schedule pickups/deliveries and lock appointments. Track and trace active loads, escalate exceptions, and deliver timely status updates.
Operations Specialist
Schedule drivers to pick up and deliver loads to customers. Ops Specialists are also responsible for keeping records, monitoring driver daily logs for errors or violations and monitoring drivers’ working hours and equipment availability.
Marketing Analyst
Track advertising costs, research consumer behavior and explore market trends/ opportunities. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with PPC campaigns and be comfortable with processing and analyzing marketing data.
